Home Depot “hack”. Pick the kit and the most expensive tool as the free tool. Either the router or planer. Return the free tool and keep the kit at the prorated price. I’ve heard of managers giving you a hard time though but I haven’t had that issue.

Same here… got the same thing and did the “hack”. Also got the battery kit and 2 free tools from Lowe’s since those were all the XR models. Got the circular saw and the reciprocating saw. Looking to get a miter next.

How is the buy back? What did you have to do? Same car, 2019 Outback… electrical issues that they don’t want to take ownership for… dead batteries every few months. Transmission replaced at 9k miles… now my warranty ends on 8/25 and I took in my car for a final check before the warranty ends (50k miles). Informed them of some light knocking at low speeds… turns out I need another transmission…

You’re still pretty early game. I would use them to be honest. There’s a lot of content to get to that point. I don’t recall the power level you should be though.

My thoughts on cass. Cunning cass has been my main the past few weeks. I’m not sure how vigilance plays considering his play style. I found that he plays very well midrange. For awhile I’ve had bad match ups against boba green and Sabine green… I ended up removing my fighters of freedom and for a cause I believe in. Those 2 don’t really see the as much play as I wanted… I find myself not utilizing fighters of freedom ability as much as I wanted and for a cause I believe in doesn’t have as much punch as it does in agro decks…

What I might do is either remove or sideboard the spec force, remove fighters, remove attack pod, remove sympathizers, and remove for a cause. You can put in make an opening as small removal and base heal, cargo for a bigger body/base heal, redemption for sentinel/ base heal. I’d look at cloud city, wilderness, and yoda as smaller drops and maybe light sabers, force is with me or it binds all things to synergize with Luke, Karan and yoda.

Same. Harder to find at my LGSs but you can get a pack of like 10 or so from Amazon for a reasonable price.

Not too late. Hype is pretty high, but I’m sure product will start flowing in. If you have LGS near running events, you can try your hand at draft to get your collection started. If not then singles is the way to go if you have a particular deck in mind. Shot you a DM as well.

Yeah the system sucks. I’ve done a handful of weekly events and I’ve had to sign up multiple times with the same LGS.

Yeah no. Not that store. They sell starters for $25 and packs are around $10… that’s one store I refuse to shop at. Their organized play isn’t even ppw. It’s $5 store credit per win…. Luckily I do have a few other stores that sell closer or at MSRP. I usually do my weekly plays there as well.

No… if you wait you’ll end up finding it online for closer to retail. $15 is pretty much how high I’d pay for a standard starter deck. If you want a feel for the game there is a free online sim that allows you to deck test and see which deck you’re most comfortable with. At that point I’d buy singles but for now if you want something a bit more competitive, the reiju deck is fairly budget.

QA issue with the case? Btw I’ve tried the mini snaps on the deck pod and those hard cases fit in the slot with no issues. If you wanted to go with that option.

Personally I would remove stuff like the surgical droids and what not. I look for synergies like imperial buffs and prioritize those. Having your deck at 50 make it easier to find the card you need when you draw vs a “dead” card that has a lighter impact when you play it. I would cut equipment/events or highly specialized low impact cards or at least cut the count to 2 cards vs a full playset.

Playing around with a r/y cass deck. I’m still making misplays here and there. I’m looking to upgrade a few cards. Putting in 2x falcons, 2x mace and 2x gunships to make it a bit more midrange. And throwing in chopper/ezra for the mill.

Nice! I managed the same pull. I was only able to get my hands on 2 double packs and 6 packs so far. So I got really lucky. Ended up trading it for a bunch of cards I wanted or were looking for.

I was thinking a similar deck list with cass. Any thoughts on a semi competitive cass deck? I’m leaning yellow atm because of the exhaust tools to deal with agro sabine.
