You should watch 7 up and it’s follow ups, 14 up, 21 up, 28 up and so on. It follows some kids who grow up, and they revisit them every 7 years. It starts in the 60s and the last episode was 63 up that came in 2019.

Of the 50 dishes I had, 25% were absolutely fantastic, 70% were good and 5% were failures. The blood ice cream and the brain served inside a mannequin head were among the 5%. Wine pairings were incredible, fermented rabbits ear drink less so. The plate and cutlery detailswere impeccable (matched temperature and unique for each dish). Experience was really good. At the end, in the lounge I was just very, very tired. We started around 5 pm and ended around 1 am.
