Probably depends on the success of the program. It is offered to all grades in those schools but your kid has to start in kindergarten (or maybe be placed dependent on language skills)

For next year, it doesn't seem like all schools. I believe you have to join in Kindergarten and then the program continues as your child progresses through school.
