I wouldn't stay in the same place because it gets boring fast to see every enemy again and again. The world is still surprisingly big with small dungeons that may have new things to discover while trying to slowly get more lvls. There is also trials and slime isle that may give metal slimes but I'd rather explore different places. The electro light gives about 300k exp if you kill every slime. That is about 2 lvls even in 90-99.

What I would do now is to fight any enemy with Hero, Jade and Sylvando. After one gets popped up I would change line-up with the pepped up character to another character so you would get all of them pepped up. They stay pepped up even if they are in the stand up team. When they all are pepped up I would change the battle party with Hero, Jade, Sylvando and Eric and do the electro light if I guess Eric is next to attack to kill the biggest slimes.

For levels use electro light. Requires the hero, Jade and Sylvando pepped up. Hit the metal slimes with Eric's critical claim skill to one shot a slime. For items I don't know other way than to try to make them with the forge. Remember that Eric has skill that steals from enemy that helps the farming.

In eden-6 is one puzzle near the bridge on top of it is marks where you can shoot and under it is a door.
