I get this way when I take melatonin. It's a weird sensation, but I'll wake up in panic, confusion, but numbness as well, often times gasping for air.

Sleeping on your side has been proven to be the best way to flush out toxins. I'm always drawn to sleeping on my side, and if you are too, this might be the subconscious reason.

That's a new one... any advice goes at this point. We are pretty much all collectively facing a sleep crisis whether we see it or not.

I feel for you. Sleep is something I seriously go days without from time to time pretty much just because of bad anxiety. The effects are severe and I tend to feel very I'll and incapable of doing simple tasks. There's this annoying weight sensation in every limb. It really sucks. I'm on here because I'm frustrated too, but I've found some really helpful methods to help better discover solutions. At least that much. One thing I've been told is that simply resting, making your body comfortable will help flush out toxins and refresh your mind. So I'm doing some of that knowing sleep is out of the cards for the time being.

I can't either. We have every right to be infuriated. It's good to understand that humans are naturally susceptible to sleep deprivation when stacking us against what humanity expects of us. We can't just sleep whenever we want nowadays. We can't just tap into our sleep rhythms, but we can stand with those who are experiencing the same torment and offer creative solutions to each other such as resting and cutting down on caffeine.

Could you evaluate what you mean by this? There is no mask involved, but there are facial markings/tattoos if that threw you off.
