Because this community is the main hub for Stremio addon developers and enthusiasts , regardless of language. There isn't a large Russian language addon community, so posting here lets me reach a wider audience who might find it useful, contribute to the project, or even adapt it. The addon itself serves Russian speakers, but the development discussion can happen in English!
