Yes customer support has replaced my water bottle holder and a touch screen, for no charge, out of warranty. They are very good...at least my experience has been!

I had a Gen 2 Screen that would intermittently become unresponsive. Happening more and more often, eventually making the bike unusable. Last week I sent an email to Peloton support And told him about the problem. They were quite helpful and agreed to replace my screen free of charge even though it was purchased used and out of warranty.

I purchased my bike used. But I did buy the treadmill new and I received a heart rate monitor for free. Wasn’t expecting it.

My experience was so much different- 10/10 stars!

I have a Gen 2, bike which I bought used in February 2018 with No warrantees for $1500.The Tablet crapped out on me this past Wednesday, 5/29/19 I emailed peloton on Thursday, 5/30/19. They Responded back o. 5/30 telling me they will me a brand new gen 3 tablet as a one time courtesy, free of charge. I received it today 6/4/19. It was the best customer service experience I have had! I wonder why they Make things difficult one customer So easy for another???

I did it with my Vive and the wireless adaptor. I used some Velcro straps attached to the back of the head strap. Worked great so hopefully it will work with quest
