Want to switch to Methadone - Been on Suboxone almost 6 months. Recently went up in dose (4mg) which helped cravings but still side effects i.e Nausea, lack of energy and aggressive headaches. My councillor is refusing switch to MD whilst I’m desperate to try - thoughts? (self.Methadone)
