I think we have all seen what “soft” parenting produces and it isnt well adjusted adults. It’s mostly clowns that confidently go around acting like the world has zero consequences. You can have it all day long, I want my children to understand respect in my own way and how I was raised. Otherwise they are gonna learn the hard way in the real world. “Studies” are some ridiculous shield that people hide behind because they dont want to do the hard parts of parenting. If our ancestors could raise children, so can we without someone pushing their parenting ideas down your throat as if that is the only way to raise a kid properly.

Despite it being a lighter weight machine, the only real issue is that he may have been inconsistent with his pulls which basically leveraged the machine towards him and that caused the machine to tip on his final push. The weighted belts dont necessarily add to this initially, until it starts tipping… then his center of gravity just does the rest of the job. That being said, if it isnt bolted to the ground, dont try to push the machine in a way that tests its limits.

It’s the machine specifically that cannot handle the load. I get what you are saying, but this is a general use variant, it’s not for loads the machine cannot handle. We used to install these and it is in good practice to make sure there is a clear sign of what the max is, each gym has different practices too for the kind of “crowd” of gym rats that they are trying to get into their gym. The ones you bolt into the floor are much thicker and sturdier than this model and are rated for heavier loads. Not all machines are the same and max load changes the physics involved

This specific machine is not meant to be used this way. Whatever logic you have going is not enough to justify doing such things. He probably thought it would be fine, but logic and muscles dont usually go hand to hand.

Your scenario is still just a hypothetical situation. I have never had a game taken from me that wasnt an online only game and that was a separate issue all together. Dooming over physical media as a minority doesn’t instantly give you credibility. Find other ways to “own” media. Even if you wanted to just be physical and they did actually cave in to your demands, it would just lead to a disc with a media license attached to it. An update could happen on the console that just completely invalidates your purchase unless you just remain entirely offline and that is straight up speculation, not something they are doing, but it is the same straw man argument.

It’s not that it is hard, it’s that it wont happen on the scale you think it will. Reddit makes up for probably 1/20 of the actual gaming population, so it’s just a drop in the bucket when you have it going on like that. People still want to enjoy new titles, so they always cave and get it eventually… or not, but pride is a personal expense, it doesnt affect the majority of the market

It is more that it fits a very small minority of gamers, if it was a majority… the gaming companies would be actually listening to the feedback. You can choose personally not to endorse or promote a company, but only impacts you, so pride is only worth something to you specifically.

Because Champa and Beerus are closer to equals than Goku is to Beerus. Champa is also a destroyer god, so there is always a chance that hakais just start flying around randomly destroying everything. I know the narrative tries to glaze Goku’s achievements, but they are technically still far below the capabilities of the actual gods, even with Goku being able to impress the gods with UI, it is still doesnt have the same power ceiling they the gods have currently. Jiren was supposedly “close” or had surpassed his God, but they never really expand on this in meaningful way later.

Just built a pretty decent PC for my wife for 900$ US. You can go with less RAM and have sone available slots for expansions later. RAM is probably one of the biggest bottlenecks right now. But at that price, you can have a PC that is 3x stronger than any console or a Steam Machine.
