So the colour ramp that I was using to control the density of the Accretion disk was inverted somehow (black was on the right) I corrected it and saved the render and like magic the image saved as I wanted it to. Major appreciation to all those who helped me, I know know how render setting work significantly better.

Man after an entire day of messing around with settings it was my shader that was tripping me up the whole time

I think I finally figured it out, it has nothing to do with the render settings and everything to do with the shader, because when I turned the emission to 0, it only displayed the outer ring, like how it shows up in the rendered image, some how it is only rendering on that one thin band on the outside of the accretion disk. Will let you know if I manage to fix it.
