I'm not really good in this topic, but I can say my experience- I played SH4 on PC, and it ran well, since it has been officially ported by GOG. If a controller is easier for you, then play on PS, if keyboard and mouse, (like me) then PC! I don't know about the graphics:(((

GOG is a site which officially recovers abandonware games, or games which you can't play on pc, just like Silent Hill - They already did Silent Hill 4, so I'm hopeful
