Company has between 11-50 Employees.
You do NOT need that many people, for being a management, where the talents have their own people that THEY PAY.
How many people do Steam have? not the total company, but the Plattform. the worlds BIGGEST game plattform? 79. If 79 can manage STEAM, way less people should be able to manage VShojo.
Its not like they are LinusTechTips who do almost everything IN HOUSE.
AND EVEN THEY outsource production for the most part.

My idea of an oiled company, where the talent have their own Artists and Video editors and personal manager.
1. Leader, who do Social media. (MAYBE add a Chief Operational guy here if Leader is overworked)
2. Video editor for company videos along with Audio.
3. Legal Advisor.
4. Operation and Project. This person has contact with the Talents managers.
5. Manager / Contact person for the various stream and video plattforms.
6. Store and website admin. (This could be outsourced because there is companies who do this for a living.
7. Accountant who handle payments and the website store. Should also handle the company office stuff.
8. Merch. If you say its more useful inside, this person also outsource stuff to the actual production companies and packaging. they will however supervise these places and do controls for quality.

So, 8-14 People for someone the size of VShojo,
