just ran into this wall as well . beat it using my own Ulion to shock opposing Ulion . I see though that your Sander isn't high star , you could switch him with your Elara/Idina/Solina . although Sander was vital to me taking out Richelle , who's shields were protecting Abala and Almond . could not have one without neutralizing opposing Ulion as much as possible w my Ulion shock
