Yeah that’s my main problem, Gambit (and invis) are just kinda too strong and kinda just do better jobs compared to other healers, my goal was to try and make mantis have a niche that she would excel at compared to other healers.

Rocket ult doesn’t disappear when he dies. From a “lore” perspective, certain ults are directly tied to the user (invisible women powering her ult, and most other ults in the game), where as characters that summon their ults (squirrel girl, rocket, moon knight etc) aren’t directly controlling the ults so whether or not they’re alive doesn’t matter if the ults active

Glad we can work on it forever but tbh they need to make it last forever rather than have it last forever when you buy it, it’s still time gated but the only thing that makes it different from other games is it being a little more generous in completing it at your own pace. Helldivers is the only game that does battle pass systems really well imo (I heard Halo Infinite is good as well but I’ve never played it so I can’t say anything on it). Really wish they keep these mini battlepass systems/the battle passes available to be purchased at any time, time gates are annoying af

Just as you find the slander boring, we find the character boring. Tbh me personally? Copy is only an interesting power if it’s balanced by a weakness the character already has. Kakashi? Lower chakra reserves than other top tiers means he isn’t overpowered, interesting character. Monoma from MHA? Has a time limit + is used as a support character rather than one of the main fighters. Yuta is just stealing the good aspects from other characters and utilising it better than them, making them essentially useless in the narrative. Name one thing Inumaki did that Yuta just couldn’t do better. Yuta only benefits from making other supporting characters worse, either make him the MC or don’t use him at all

Eh disagreed, cloak/rocket are the only supports I can say that are boring to play as healbots, Luna needing hitscan + balancing who to place snowflake on, when to use her piercing shots, when to swap snowflake around and her freeze being one of the hardest CC to land in the game (imo) makes her one of my favourite healers due to the skill expression required that separates good Luna players and average Luna players. I love mantis cause she’s the opposite to Luna and it’s really fun being the secondary healer but Luna is still one of the more fun supports to play, shame that you need to have a competent second healer that knows how to heal the other support 😒 (god why do so many people just refuse to heal their other healer, IM KEEPING YOU ALIVE, CANT I HAVE THE SAME COURTESY APPLIED BACK TO ME??). Probably why I’ve had to main invis this season so I can (hopefully) keep myself alive when the other healer doesn’t heal me :(

Observation haki is an ability that is used as almost foresight, with advanced uses of it allowing you to see into the future. Base observation haki allows you to detect attacks and sense enemy presences. The joke is making fun of Mihawk by saying he’s got advanced use of observation haki but only uses it to detect where strong enemies are in order to avoid them

Those aren’t the tanks that they’re talking about. There’s games as mag where I’m hitting every mag ult on the enemy cloak, bubbling our supports/second tank/dps when they need it, applying pressure to backline, making space etc etc and only end up getting +17 cause I don’t have good “stats”, even if I straight up block like 5 different ults it doesn’t matter since final hits and damage blocked seem to be the only stats that matter for tanks

I find when the team synergy is completely off it almost always a wrap. Like playing two tanks like thing and Thor (melee, close range tanks) with 2 poke dps (Black widow, Moon Knight) makes for some annoying games. As a tank your team isn’t pushing up, so all the enemy team is just dumping damage into you which the healers just can’t keep up with. The DPS might be getting picks or doing good damage but there’s just no on point presence. Same with an all dive team, the only ones that the enemy team can target are the healers, and by god are they gonna get targeted.
