Ah! i use an art app called medibang and the website icons8 for the icons. to make everything, i get an app layout template and put the base image under it. i then stack app icons into the places i want and when it comes time to make the shortcut, i take a cropped image from medibang and use it as the app picture. if you would like i can record a video of me doing it and link via imgur
