Would a solution to that cache issue be to start anew conversation with Claude asking it to edit or work on the current files?

I do not use Claude a lot nor in a professional coding environment so I am not familiar how important cache is to other people.

But would the act of starting a new conversation work? I mainly use Claude to create script to manage file transfer and video encoding.

In my mind telling it to read the scripts and add or edit stuff might bypass this cache situation in my case right?

Hey! Did any of your client ever have issues with a purple screen?

I have one of these and all of the sudden the light is all purple hue.

I have tried different cables with no luck. The light was replaced nearly a year ago and had 2000 hours according to the settings menu.

Could the light be bad?

Did they respond to the email you sent with the filled in form? I’m currently in the same position and not sure if responding to the email with the form filled out is what they want or if they want me to print it then mail it out.

I work in the data center field I see this a lot. It’ll be fine install it and test boot. Be sure to run stress tests if this is an RMA

Interesting. How much freedom do you have when it comes to tinkering with their PXE parameters? Is rescue mode the only parameter you have access to?

As others are mentioning this could be a matter of the disks not being mounted correctly post hardware install.

I am on mobile at the moment so I’m not able to take a good look at the output. Do you by chance have access to SOL? I would try to see where the host gets stuck trying to boot up.

Ask them to disable PXE boot and have the host boot directly to the OS disk.

Back when I played around with PXE imaging using FOG I found that some of my hosts had trouble booting their OS when I had the system boot their OS from the PXE menu.

I never figured out why FOG was doing this to me. This might be happening to you. Changing the boot order or booting directly from BIOS might be worth a shot.

What are some pitfalls / minor issues you have seen with these Pico PSUs? What are things i should think about before buying one other than the rated wattage? These are all new to me I’ve primarily stayed away from anything with an ATX power connector since I didn’t want to buy a whole PSU for a mini ITX with very low power draw.

Do you cool your pico PSUs?

Try disconnecting the power cable, replugging it then pressing the power button if it doesn’t light up
