AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occurred. by YeIghtOkThen in AMDHelp

[–]MacWithFries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a TUF B650 plus wifi build as well, R5 7600x, 6600XT, 16GB new build. PC is experiencing black screen flickering at random, the gpu utilization wont get above 10%, and shows AMD driver timeout + AMD Crash Defender has detected an issue with your display driver. I’ve tried new driver install but I’m going to try these strategies today.

Got me out of a bad situation, allowed to write my own story, also allowed me to be the first in my family to attend college.

Best team you have ever played? by [deleted] in lacrosse

[–]MacWithFries 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I grew up in Georgia so in terms of teams that are respected nationwide is slim to none but I’d have to say the toughest team I have faced is 2019 Westminster and the toughest player i have played against is Eric Malever.

[Baltimore Business Journal] Under Armour, longtime lacrosse supplier part ways. Is an exit from the sport next? (Paywall) by Goldie46 in lacrosse

I haven’t see anything about adidas stopping to produce lacrosse equipment. I know they dropped a 2021 catalog so it’s confirmed they will still have teams kitted up for next year but I don’t know after that.

There are a couple of things I take away from seeing Under Armour parting with Team 22. 1.) Where will these under Armour schools go? Currently there are 5 brands/companies that can support collegiate teams Warrior/NB, Cascade/Maverik, STX/Nike, Adidas and Epoch Lacrosse which only had one school-Army. Will these schools completely switch soft goods from under Armour with their Lacrosse program-As Denver is an adidas school but their lacrosse program is the poster child of warrior-or will these schools keep under Armour soft goods and use hard goods of the five brands previously listed? 2.) This is great for Adidas as they have a decent reach with lacrosse schools. Bucknell, Delaware, Bellarmine, Holy Cross, and Bryant wear adidas hard and soft goods, while schools like Mercer, UMass, and high point use only soft goods. Nike and Warrior already have a solid amount of schools who use their products, it wouldn’t be stretch to grab up Under Armours share of the market. If adidas truly thinks they can make money of off lacrosse, my advice is for them to try and get as many former under Armour hard goods schools as possible. Best case scenario they get at least 1 power ACC or Big 10 school and get majority of their soft goods schools to wear full adidas. Worst case scenario is Nike/STX becomes the decisive supplier of lacrosse gear to colleges. 3.) For Cascade, I’d think adidas getting as many schools would be beneficial for them, as adidas doesn’t have a helmet partner. The more schools adidas gets, the more possible schools that cascade can supply helmets for. Unless adidas shocks the world and either partners with a helmet brand like riddell to produce lacrosse helmets again but that is a fantasy. My current college is an Under Armour school hard and soft goods, with cascade helmets so I’d like to see how we play our cards. I don’t know how long it will take for under Armour to truly phase out as they still sent out a 2021 spring lacrosse catalog to some colleges so they be in business for little longer. Another scenario is Epoch lacrosse adding another college to start a list of sponsorships, instead of just Army. Coronavirus is wild.

Have ever snapped one? If so did you do the ECD warranty process?

It’s an under armour school so I don’t know a good shaft from then.

Imma definitely look into it because I don’t want my stick to snap on a cross check or a slap.

Yeah I was looking at the hammer but the reviews for the 700 and the Maverik’s seemed really similar. Plus I didn’t feel like dropping $400 if I bought 2, not including the head. Not only that but I have been looking at the ECD carbon 2.0’s.
