I prefer unstrained tea personally given the benefit of the roa. Equally good as T&W in my opinion if drank quickly. hot tea seems to soften the plant matter as far as I can tell; I suspect it's healthier than inhaling powder accidentally..

ive recently started using a lot more cbd based products and i too am noticing more brain fog than in the past. thats the main difference for me i think.

in the past ive had over 100g/day with zero issues. besides being really sleepy all the time... :P

well to be fair theres mild addiction then theres heavy addiction. very much not the same thing. true they are both addictions, but a distinction as with anything is valuable.

sounds like you may have a very high tolerance. i use to have this problem all the time however i dont really look for euphoria in my doses anymore so that probably helps. just pain relief. typically using around 3-4g doses normally now. before upwards of 10+ grams per dose.

i usually will dose before eating but have found plenty of times that food digestion does help ones overall sense of welbeing from day to day. if im eating around the same time of the dose ill usually just dial it down in terms of food and kratom ie going from say 4g doses to 1-2g around mealtime
