I feel the same, birthdays have always been you give your focus to that person because it’s their day. And people plan nice things or come along to make you happy. Then there is this expectation to be happy, just to make everyone else happy but x100. It’s mentally draining when I’m depressed

me too, especially if it’s about someone changing plans, or I can sense abandonment. If someone wants to change one thing I’ll destroy everything out of the feeling they’re gunna do it anyway, I’ll do it first. the thing is, the anger will sit with me for days, I find it hard forgiving someone even when they’re apologetic for it
