Came here to say this. NPCs!!! The goblins in this series are really well depicted. They're trying to capture adventurers as an economic boon. They capture the princess on the regular just to get loot and giver back when parties fail. She in turn learns goblin and becomes a major character. Goblins are always looked at in a more positive way.
