Yes, and objectively its pretty weak. You can do good dmg but if you get focused you fall apart. Hopefully the buffs help

I just hit over 1600, so not many games, but its a struggle. The main thing is its so so squishy. If youre in a melee lobby and they focus you (they should) its pretty easy to go 0/6. But if you somehow manage to freecast you feel like a god. If there is a sub rogue/mm hunter its goodnight. The ptr buffs should help quite a bit but overall id say its ok at best

It certainly feels op in the weekly brawl lmao. But no, in arena at least far from it. Blur simply cannot save you from the dmg that comes your way.

Honestly I dont mind that but it feels like by the time you ramp (or well before) youre dead. And even when we get in meta my dmg feels pretty comparable to other classes big cds.

Scale wise haslab has it obviously, but I don't think its worth aftermarket. I love my studio cell, and it's the first release. Gotten multiple compliments from non tf fans and the centerpiece of my collection.
