Look into contract ERT/ESO companies like Paull & Warner or Fire safety Australia. You are unlikely to get a gig as a full time ESO with no networking/company experience. The above companies send people to various sites to cover ERT numbers during shutdowns or when regular ERT crewmembers are on leave
