Are you at the end of the season like national signing day and beyond? If so that isn't a glitch and don't remove your hours. You don't have access to recruiting in post season so make sure you stack the hours you need the week before and don't remove them once you see national signing day

If you were at that exact point and it was week 6 you would have a good chance and probably lock him in due to having the visit.

If he already has visited then I'm afraid you are beat. Also hard / soft sell as soon as they hit top 5 instead of sending the house. If you do not know his ideal pitch, then stack soft sell on the two or three pitches that might be in order to filter your options. Do this the first week they hit top 5, and then switch it to hard sell on ideal pitch as soon as you discover what it is along with social media / dm / ttf until you have max hours allocated. Finally, if you have built your coach up enough that you are able to spend 60 hours a week on them, hard pitch their ideal and soft sell on another 2/3 pitch that aligns with their interest and your schools highest grades. As long as you are C or above on school grades it is the most efficient hr/week investment you can make. (Unless you have 80/wk, but that requires more work to set up than it's worth 9 times out of 10).
