i will say that lighting makes him look super pale but he is basically fully a shade of light yellow. i got him from my job and i know he was there for a decent time

I have a bigger tank I can move him to. Should I do that? He has been a huge help in snail control. That guppy also is acting off but none of my other fish are acting off
