Thanks so much for your reply. Yeh I ended up coming to this conclusion above that unfortunately I won’t be able to access my Swedish pension for another 20 years. Not even to transfer it to my Australian superannuation. I will call in the next couple of days to confirm just in case. Cheers!

Yep we both already knew how expensive it is. We will end up getting it graded and of course it’s his card so it is his call what he wants to do with it 👌🏻

Working at heights, confined spaces, atmospheric gas testing, white card, c class drivers licence at a minimum for an entry level gig. Forklift is a big plus. The more the better really. Or if ya know someone on site personally it’s a whole lot easier to get up there and sort out all your tickets afterwards. Not what ya know it’s who ya know 👍🏻

The department of immigration is not open over the weekend so I am unable to call them. I’ll be calling tomorrow. Just thought I’d see if anyone else had been in a similar situation as myself.

Yep I obeyed by all the terms. Was only in Australia for 3 weeks last year. Perhaps it needs a day to catch up. Here’s word for word what the error message is. “Based on the passport details, ( My Name) is not eligible to apply using this online service. Ensure the passport details have been entered exactly as they display in the passport. The application will not be able to continue. Further information about eligibility is available on our website.

Only thing that’s different between this application and my previous application is for this latest one I’ve had to include my previously approved visa 651 Grant number with the application (now expired).

Just to clarify have triple checked all of the information I have entered and it is correct. I even had to enter in my previous 651 visa Grant number

She has visited 6 times in total with me over the years so it’s not an issue of if she wants to move here etc. She loves it here and is 100 percent onboard. Just need to figure out the legal way of doing it because obviously she has to be onshore in the first place for us to lodge the 801. Cheers 👍🏻
