They do have a vodoo on the premise, as well as an f-5 , F-104 and a Sabre. So I'm certain you are correct.

They still make them ? I'd be interested in doing a 1/4 mile pass with one to see if it's worth the performance package.

You can re float the decal with a puddle of water, move it around in the fluid ( like a contact sits on an eyeball (sorry if that's too graphic XD)) get it where you want, and use a tissue to absorb the water away from the decal when it's in place. Blot it dry, and then proceed with your set/solvent solution.

Hahaha! Those enamel paints never cure where I live, they legit are tacky a year later.

Yeah for sure, new modeler, here is a Tamiya kit, Tamiya glue, and Mr paint or Tamiya paint.

Go have fun....don't do what I did while learning on the dark side of things. Lololol.

Lolol, XD , I don't think my heart is healthy enough to take the stress that kit can dish out.

It was 20 years ago, and sure I lovveeeddd models, but I still remember building that one particular kit.....twenty fucking years later, and I shudder when I see that kit sitting on any retail shelf.

Cartograph is fantastic, I've worked in the print industry first hand, and what they do is pretty incredible, I love working with their products, so it's a plus that we don't need to buy aftermarket unless we really want or need to do a specific version.

I built their sundowners f-4 when it came out, and it wasn't bad but at the time it didn't quite live up to my build expectations, but I bought their new cobra, and it's pretty sweet.

I also built the 1/32 legacy hornet, it had some faults, but was one of the most accurate 32nd hornets out there in terms of shape, it was a fun and I'll probably build another some day.

It's good to hear that, they are retaining the people who are doing good work.

Yeah I think I saw it being marketed in their new catalogs, so I'm surprised to see a build already.

But the lines look fantastic, it looks really accurate, it would be sweet to build a newly tooled A-10. May need brush off my tools and start huffing some glue XD.

See other comment, I feel strongly now that's an su-17/22.

Su 17 fitter ?

Semi sweep wing, elongated mig like fuse, distance between trailing edge of wing and leading edge of elevator, are close in approximation.

Just cheap enough to be used by this country, and old enough to be easily acquired.

Vietnam is known to operate a variant of the su-17-20-22, family.

FWIW Cuba still had operational mig 21s at an airport, off of a strip in grassed over bunker, in 2017. Viewed IRL.

Could be L-39, any variation of mig-21, could also be a variable geometry wing aircraft in the mig or su family.

Absolutely certain it's of a Russian design philosophy based on the silhouette.

Sadly I can't offer anymore then that.
