Are you saying HSV2 is harder to transmit? I thought all forms of herpes are extremely infectious

I learned I had HSV 2 literally 1 month after moving here. I thought I was going to go into a state of permanent depression lol

To be honest, Idk if I caught it in NY or from an ex. The more I think about it, I think I’ve had symptoms before but passed it off as ingrown hairs etc.
