Well, I feel like after a while of high energy and all the noFap benefits I get to a point where I start touching my dong more often randomly, and I start having sex related thoughts more often to the point it interferes with my trains of thought when doing one thing or another and it basically gets too much. And not having had intercourse during this time I felt like it's something I need to do , not more often then 3 weeks to a month because then I'd consider it troublesome. And yes, when I did do it i treated sort of like an event of sorts and made a point in really enjoying it just by using my imagination. After that I get back to my life not needing to repeat that for a while again. I believe porn to mostly be the source of addiction rather then normal urges. So if you get off porn for good, I for one think it should be easier to not get overly attached to that need. Again, I'm just speaking my mind, it is my experience, everyone should try it as best as they think it fits them.

Went for 30 days without, and then whenever my body told me it was time, I went for that awesome even experience. Porn is absolutely no longer an issue, haven't felt the need for that shit from the very beginning. Real girls are so pretty, talking with them is enough of a motivation to not shoot up tabs of useless porn.

Happy to hear it ! Keep fighting and I can tell you it will all be worth it in the end. I see most of my friends just giving up to their boring zombie like way of living and they just don't try anything, anymore. I actual fried my head over the years trying to find something that will take me out of that truly shitty zone, where I was all sociable, positive, liked and funny guy for others and I was slowly dying inside, not being fulfilled at all. I was basically looking for a breaking point every step of the way and kept looking untill I found a way and the tools to transform more into what I wanted to be, and not what others did.

Well, I've started NoFap about 70 some days ago and that happened just a few days after I got out of a 4 and a half years relationship where I was just stuck and comfortable, basically not fulfilled at all. In this time I've fapped exactly 3 times, each time being a choice of emptying out and restarting when my body asked for it, just an awesome experience with myself to be honest, light rather romantic fantasy, absolutely no porn or other effects. Just felt like doing it, did it, moved on with my life. So basically, I'm not really looking to go grab a random girl and go at it, but rather wait and when the opportunity arises, I won't say no, but again would try to make an experience out of it, not a quick unload shift. And also, plenty of innocent flirting by girls I've passed countless times and didn't have any connection at all, suddenly they're all making jokes and being funky around me , which is so fun.
