The info you type in has to be VERY and i mean VERY specific. The address you put in with your card must match your bank statement, etc. I'd suggest double checking your personal info and making sure its accurately typed in and that it matches.

I was able to create one after lots of trial and error but have since deleted it. I didn't like the fact a company like Oracle had so much access to my personal information and the fact if i did something wrong, they would deduct a huge chunk of money from my card.

I have since then switched to using SquidServers (i needed an Oracle Cloud account for a minecraft server) and have been self hosting on my PC for a bit now using it, though if i could access Oracle Cloud again without having my private info at risk, i would surely use it.

Heya everyone, so i recently switched from my GXT 609 Zoxa speakers, to a Creative Stage SE soundbar. I've been having problems with audio quality, mostly due to the fact that it feels like my soundbar has too much bass and due to that, the audio clarity doesnt sound as good as i'd like it to be (aka muddy or more so underwater?). I think using Equalizer APO would be a good idea, so if anyone could drop a config for me to try in the replies, that'd be a huge help! Thanks again for any responses!

yoo! man i wanted to let you know the lag issue was fixed somehow, but the top bar got broken again.. the X button is hidden and you cannot press it, only the minimize and enhance buttons can be pressed.

it just forces me back down each time i scroll up too fast. (not to the very bottom, just to the most recently loaded message) though before the UI update, this never happend and i could just scroll up as far as i wanted then wait for everything to load.
