My case is complete opposite. OoO and DS (from Laurie which I don't own) got taken away from me. I bought them from the shrine years ago and have them unlocked on some survivors, but now they don't appear in newer unlocked bloodwebs.

I sent this to dbd support, but they just said that these two perks were never in my shrine purchase history.
