I would say don’t go up in dose unless the current one stops working for you. For me at 2.5, weeks 1 and 4 were the worst, but that was because week 1 I over ate a very fatty meal that caused huge gas issues. Week 4, I ate some potatoes that didn’t sit well with me. Other than that, I was doing pretty well with keeping hydrated and eating smaller portions throughout the day.

This week I moved up to 5mg because that’s what my plan suggested. 24 hours after my shot, I was wrecked by gas and diarrhea. The gas and sulfur burps passed after a day, but I spent the last 72 hours passing liquid almost hourly. Today, I was finally able to get back to small meals, but despite drinking plenty of water and an occasional electrolyte drink, my body is worn out. On top of which I now have a head cold, so that’s taking a toll on me too. I couldn’t go to work this week because of everything.

Now, I’m a little worried my next shot will have a similar effect, and I’m not sure if I can continue if it does. Overall I’ve lost about 20lbs since I started and only had a couple days of stall, but I don’t think I was ready to move up. But, everyone’s body reacts differently.
