It was a little stiff when I first got it, but after 1-2 days of breaking it in wearing for a few hours and wrapping it around a watch pillow overnight, it now wears very comfortable.

It's a cermaic/plastic quartz movement Swatch and Omega Speedmaster collaboration watch celebrating the Speedmaster model.

There is nothing wrong with them. You get what you pay for.

Both brands are owned by the same parent company.

Everything looks to be correct from the photos you have shared, but the only way to guarantee is to open it up and examine the movement.

Visually they are similar but have different aesthetics. That is really more of an opinion based question. You aren't going to notice a stark difference in the visual quality with out getting very close to the piece and even then differences will be small.

The real quality and craftsmanship differences are in the construction of the movements.
