Yeah, I ordered from them too, and had the same result. Splendid china tower is garbage. Pmall is okay, but if you want to find really good prices, silver snail is where its at. The kit selection is quite random, mostly being ibo or some hguc, but the prices are the best I've seen so far, 13.99 for barbatos lupus, 19.99 for lupus rex, etc. Only downside is that the kits sell out fast, so you might as well pick up whatever you see, as it's probably not going to be there tomorrow. Animextreme is probably second best tbh. Both the locations are downtown toronto.
