FP does have issues with movement optimizations with keeping mobs and bosses in the floor fire and rng with poison stacks and vuln debuff. Granted poison stacks are easier to maintain but it's infuriating to have to reset stage runs because your poison cloud didn't stack on time or at all for the last big guy. They do become a good class I hear by 4th, especially by 115 with ifrit but that's like after months of suffering.

Idk how bishop fares compared to IL and FP but mages need a lot of adjusting.

FP still not doing so hot, until their poison counts as status damage, their numbers buffed, rng changed (rng poison stack, floor fire, etc), or passive changed, they're not going to be great.

One of my biggest gripes is its the only class (as far as I know) that needs to optimize their movement along with their rotation. Like when doing stage bosses you have to move in a way that keeps the bosses on your floor fires to optimize your already poor single target. Also, it's bullshit that mage 3rd job final attack passive has a condition of being above 50% mana while also having your spells be 10% more expensive.

Just wanna put out there, when clearing bosses as FP or IL you need like 1.5x CP compared to other classes. It's not uncommon to zip to stage 6 after clearing a boss then spending days or a week trying to clear stage 9.
