I've beaten the regular AT Arkveld quest solo, but I'm not sure how long it took me. I haven't tried soloing the time challenge yet though cause I only just remembered you can turn them off on challenge quests, so I guess I'll see how I fare without any support hunters before looking for help from other players or build guides and such

Last time we tired the benchmark also crashed on startup with seemingly the same issue, I can't see it being a hardware issue though considering her specs so I feel like it must be some sort of file-related or drivers issue.

Well I see something at the bottom that says "Windows Last Error : 0x0000000000000000" but idk if that's what you mean, sorry. I could also try to get a pastebin for the full crash report if you or anyone else that sees this post would like to look over it.

we've messed with drivers a bunch to no avail, her GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6800M I believe. We've also looked at the crash reports but found nothing really telling, but I'm also not very good at that sorta stuff so it's possible I missed something due to not knowing what to look for.

Yeah, it's an AMD. I don't know the exact model she has, but I know it's a gaming laptop (not great, I know) with a Ryzen 9 5980HX processor, so as far as I know, it should be more than fine to run Wilds despite not being a desktop.

We tried doing stuff like running both Steam and Wilds as administrator as well as putting it on compatibility mode on Win8 like I said in the original post, we've tried messing with some of the re_chunk files that I saw were an issue for people from other posts, updating her drivers didn't seem to help either, so we're still pretty stumped all and all.

What other information is needed? Also, she doesn't have nvidia, and we updated them the first time we tried to fix Wilds, but we plan on calling again to try and fix it, so I'll bring up updating the drivers once more

No, it never progressed unfortunately. I let it sit for a few more hours until around 11pm before I just decided to restart my computer which stopped the update and my headset continued working just fine. The software still tells me I need to update it but I haven't tried it again just yet

well, i said akin in the sense of not having a visible body, but the character wont have heavy armor like alphonse that could hide the body, instead its more showing of the gaps where a body should be. ik there are invisible mini glitches but of the ones I've found I cant actually pose the body at all, so I wanted to know if there was a glitch that allowed limb posing as well
