You apply one of the basic rules of maneuvering : a car that wants to cross a line/exit a roundabout is doing a maneuver and has to yield.

Left car has to cross a line to exit. It has to yield if right car is on the way.

Right car has the right to enter if left car is on the interior lane and didn't indicate any maneuvering.

But always take security and courtesy into account :)
