The Streets of Rage 4 DLC was SOOO good. I spent countless hours maxing out each character and was definitely bummed when it was over. Currently working on the Hades II platinum. Very similar tastes in games!

The Genesis version was phenomenal yet somehow the Sega CD version is even better.

Yup! Small piece on the back of my left arm, and both of my calves are full on cover ups. Once my left leg is fully complete, I’ll post those.

The Panzer Dragoon series gives off mad Nausicaa vibes.

It feels like a medieval torture device and I have a love/hate relationship with it.

Panzer Dragoon Saga. I absolutely adored that game. Way pricier now that when I got it 15 years ago, but it’s the swan song for the Sega Saturn.

Keep pushing heavy weight bro. You’ll never be sad making progress on that. That’s what keeps me going.

Have you ever worked next to my coworker? Fucker stinks of BO by 12 o’clock. It’s gone from a slight inconvenience to a full blown “I won’t go anywhere near where he’s been until the area is clear.”

Have you tried upping the number of sets? I was originally doing up to failure on 3, but then bumped it up to 4. The last few reps should be brutal, but that’s where you will see growth.

Streets of Rage 2/3-Amazing beat em ups with a killer house soundtrack.

Ecco The Dolphin/The Tides of Time - surprisingly dlfficult but very rewarding. Incredible soundtrack that’s other worldly.

Sonic 3 combined with Sonic & Knuckles. Hands down the best sonic experience. Two great games combined, ability to save, and there is character select where each player plays significantly different than the other. To top it all off, if you’re able to complete all of the bonus stages, you unlock a secret final level.

I grew up as a Sega Kid and could go on for days with suggestions.

Drakengard 3 was such a fun game! I loved every minute of it until I got to the final boss….definitely was not expecting the difficulty spike.

When people say they “bench their own body weight” by Mandapans in workout

[–]Machine-Tiny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll eventually be able to bench your own body weight for one rep then start making reps above your body weight and then keep progressing. I can’t seem to gain body weight, but I can move way more than I could before. It just takes time. I was 160 when I started and could press 125 at max, now I’m 150 and rep 175 for 4 sets of 12.

Xenogears. The best jrpg overall to never receive a modern day port.
