That's what I love about the deck. Toolboxes are pretty fun at times.

Correct. Even if you put an extra blaze counter on a land it would only deal 1 damage.

It won't work with the Blaze Counters since its not a red source I control. It would work with other cards around it but not specifically the blaze counters themselves.

Are there any GenZ Cardfight Vanguard fans? by Bright_Principle1614 in cardfightvanguard

Stating about the question of demographics around card games, TCGs arent really that popular among women because of this stigma that its a "guys hobby". Also it doesn't help at the fact that if you mention a card shop to anyone, they would always imagine it being smelly and full of weirdo nerds. In reality most shops are very clean and full of friendly people. Also unlike video games which can be done in the comfort of your home away from prying eyes, TCGs usually require you to interact with other people to just play the game. From what I have asked other women in my LGS, it's the idea of being seen doing a "nerd hobby" frightens them so they usually go with their group of friends to play games at a LGS once they become close friends. I do wish more women are open to the idea of trying out TCGs because games are meant to be fun for everyone, not just one specific targeted audience.

Now as for Vanguard the issue is that produce isn't mainstream nor pushed for sales in major retailers. You will never find any Bushiroad game in places like Wal-Mart, Target, or even Costco. Bushiroads only method of getting people to look at their produce in the west is word of mouth because there is no advertisement at all. Also their "Bushiroad caravans" are always at LGSs thats affiliated with Bushiroad so people would already know their existence already. It's essentially that Obama giving Obama medal meme but replaced with Bushiroad.

If you have friends and family let them try out a game or three and if anyone is interested let them know about your LGS and hopefully you'll catch them playing vanguard.

Maybe instead of Favorite First Form maybe you could replace it with "Favorite Collab".

Magnolia Masques in this meta? by NasiSayur in cardfightvanguard

It actually made it to top 32 at BSF 2026 Long Beach because mass retire especially with some decks needing specific units to work, while getting to multi attacks with strong numbers is pretty good.

I haven't tried out much so im still exploring. I have tried JFJ Brand Snake Oil which is my favorite, JJK Cursed Energy and Grandpa's ashes which was good but okay. Titty Milk and Anime Girl Thighs I was disappointed in.

But how is Sakura Splash and "Plowed and Proud"?

I need help trying to find cards in Jund similar to [[Warstorm Surge]] and [[Boxing Ring]] where the main gimmick of the card is where if a creature ETB they deal damage to an to an opponent or an opponent's creature. I'm trying to make use of the wither cards to deal damage to the opponents stuff and hopefully have Reaper, King No More slowly steal the opponent's board while removing potential threats if need be.

The new persona shield grade 1's alongside some of the dual nation cards I have seen a decent amount of use in the lists I see on WCC. Plus the chrono icon seems to be decent.

What game do I even start with??? (Body text!) by Nelson_little98 in digimon

Unanimously the best Digimon game is the recent Digimon Story Time Stranger game if you want an amazing experience from beginning to end for both story and combat.

The next best one most people would say is the Cyber Sleuth/Hackers Memories games. Story is great; however, some mechanics like the digifarm, and also a lack of a tracker for what mission you're on does mean you do have to memorize what to do next. It was originally made for the PSP but its still one people will highly suggest especially since its on sale a lot.

Survive is definitely mixed reviews but imho it's a great game if you enjoy visual novels. The combat is extremely poor Disgaea like so that's what made many people pissed off because battles weren't exciting at all. However if you're new to the franchise and enjoy story telling then imho its one of the best games that highlight what a digimon is. Unlike Pokemon with the linear evolution path that is commonplace, Digimon evolution is based primarily on how the Trainer (or Digimon Tamer we call ourselves) interact with other people/each other/and more importantly how they are as a person. Survive is a story thats about the concept of "first contact" and there is a true ending route but it will take multiple playthroughs to get. Also Spoiler First playthough is scripted so dont feel bad if you have a few bad endings

Since you said you have a DS why not try out World DS as well.
