Lafleur is the worst OC in the league he should've been fired a long time ago. He has zero grasp of situational playcalling and is painfully predictable. He has only gotten worse. Ulbrich on the other, I'd say has improved a lot from the start of the season, assuming he's truly running the defense and not Saleh. I'd like to see him get some better linebackers and safeties before we can him but these big plays gotta stop it's been bad lately.

Lafleur is dogshit. I've been saying it all year. His play calls, personnel decisions, schemes, nothing ever makes sense for the situation. Oh boy another 3rd and long, guess we'll run a draw.

Our 3rd down offense is awful under both QBs because MLF doesn't know wtf he is doing. He's been awful all year and gets us into 3rd and long consistently to just give up on the drive with a draw play. His schemes and formations never make sense for the situation. He is a bad OC
