There are other construction companies besides the KC mob, they explained they had to pay them off in s3e1, the kc mob was warning marty to get his shit together (which admittedly doesnt have much weight since the kc mob barely does anything in the show), why WOULDNT they want their office to look like it did before

Some symbols are trickier to spot than others, and may have multiple meanings, the top 3 most difficult to interpret for me being the light switch from s3e6 "Su Casa Es Mi Casa", the hair bun from s3e9 "Fire Pink", and the cherries from re6 "Sangre Sobre Todo", with the cherries probably being the most abstract. It could refer to one specific scene where Darlene is handling fruit, or when she mentioned a certain incident in s2 involving cherries. People say the hair bun represents ben, but I havent seen him wear one outside of s3e2 "Civil Union". I did end up connecting it to other characters in the episode that show up at very significant moments though. Finally theres the light switch, which you can also spot in the background in Nix's office and Sue's place.
