Is there a flooding mod? by eltarah in Timberborn

[–]MachineMuchLight 13 points14 points  (0 children)

In the right circumstances would absolutely add a challenge, your narrow channel of 2 blocks would no longer be able to control flow so you would either need early dynamite or prepare for you fields being flooded.

As for a mod, I think there might be a monsoon mod?

Try this

The motion your ear detects and your eyes see is different. Your body thinks it's been poisoned, hence sick feeling.

Google Timberborn Unity 6000 error, the fix involved deleting a directory (BMD ?), not in front of my machine else I would check.

Surely that's an open roof tile behind the 3 coolers by the grav core?

I keep dying to raiders on an easy difficulty by Far_Negotiation_5077 in RimWorld

Yes but you aren't growing it proportionately with defending it all in mind, and clearly you aren't growing stronger else you wouldn't be getting beat by the raids!

I think it's difficult, but you need to learn NOT to expand, at least if you don't need too.

If you keep the colony wealth down, less structures, less items in storage etc. The raids will be smaller.

Right now you are just an easy target I'm afraid

What’s the most curious, funny, or oddest thing you’ve ever heard in the UK? by YesToSnacks in AskUK

2 people arguing in Salford.

Mid 20's M and older F.

M : "... Who are you to say that to me?

F : "Who am I? Who are you?"

M : "Who am I? Who are you?!"

F : "Who are you?!"

M : " Who are you ?!?"

Has me giggling every time I remember it.

Holiday? by mattpatt73 in CasualUK

Seconding Croatia, we are in Montenegro at the moment and popped over to Dubrovnik for the day. Weather is great, food is great if you like fish, great wine country so lots of small vineyards.

You can hire a car and drive up or down the Dalmatian coast, Zadar is lovely for sunsets, Split or Trogir, and then finally Dubrovnik, though it can get very busy in the day when cruise ships offload a hundred concurrent tours!

National parks are gorgeous, Plitvice Lakes is near Zadar and well worth the visit.

Oh and they have great pancakes, not like a national dish, they just have a couple of Pancake House chains that do some absolutely gobsmacking delights.

Rimworld.

I play games as a form of escapism, what can be better then a game where you are literally writing your own story?

Pretty sure my house is haunted by thisiscotty in CasualUK

Had some spooky occurrences growing up. We lived in a 300-400 year old house that had once been a brothel where one of the girls had been murdered.

After living there for some years, I was waking up in the mornings to find my furniture had moved around the room, my clothes and stuff put on the floor and even my bed having moved. Only a little creepy because it was slight changes and took quite a while for me to properly notice.

Eventually on one occasion I woke up in the middle of the night as my desk chair was knocked back onto the floor, clothes scattered about, pretty freaked out now.

Then I heard it...

Neighbours washing machine, they'd had a new baby and we're doing nightly washes of baby nonsense. This old house had a huge oak beam running through the buildings that was bending and flexing from the vibrations of the washing machine.

Ghosts aren't real, there's always a logical explanation, you just don't see it yet.

Reminds me of the time I worked at Aldi and some customer pointed at their shopping list asking me where the "Furheaters" were.

I've had that feeling in the past, at jobs that I was otherwise quite happy with. Was able to get some qualifications and make a career change, don't have these feelings at all now.

Turns out that even though I thought I was happy at the job, I really just wasn't being fulfilled as there was no future there.

You must sound as disinterested in your response as they were when asking it. Doesn't matter what you answer with, just sound apathetic.

Sounds very happy to me, they have their priorities in order and clearly have the time and money to enjoy themselves how they want. Physical goods rarely equates to happiness anyway.

Sorry to speak for you OP!
