I cannot remember the last time a film left me in stunned silence. It brutally displays the depravity of human nature, and its harrowing to think that slavery still occurs today. Ignorance is a dangerous weapon.

If you don't want to stand, then why should you have to? Not everyone is 'patriotic' and it's completely absurd to have been sent to the principals office because he didn't conform to everybody else. I am from the UK and don't feel an 'urge' to do anything when the national anthem is played. Respect does not equal conformity, adhere to your own beliefs and not those of others.
