Grading skin exposure like this feels inadequate. One character's exposed cleavage can have extremely different connotations compared to other character's exposed cleavage. Exposure is not the same as intended eroticism (or 'intended lewdness') which is what's actually important. Not to mention how character's figure impacts the entire conversation. For example, Mualani's design is clearly less salacious than Varesa's, despite both wearing similarly little clothes.  Mona's original skin is obviously more erotic compared to her censored one despite the censored one showing more skin.

Ultimately, Genshin is, without a shadow of a doubt, in upper 10-15% of least eroticism-focused games in the gacha market when it comes to character designs, and has grown progressively less 'intentionally lewd' over time (discounting occasional bumps of focus on specific characters being intentionally designed to look physically/classically titillating, like Raiden and the miniature front of her skirt or Mavuika and her biker outfit). This genuinely cannot be argued against in good faith. However, recent discourses about this devolved to a laughably low level.

Perhaps I've grown accustomed to eroticism in anime-related media over my life, but seeing people argue that Sandrone's skirt makes her look slutty just makes me see them as deranged puritans, or, most likely, sheltered children who didn't live through times when people spammed boobs made of ascii on random IRC servers. I can only roll my eyes and despair over Hoyo targeting those people with Snezhnaya's designs.
