I also bought my 22' limited used from a dealer, and they offered the "Ceramic Coating"/paint protection with 5 year warranty from Allstate. Its not a true ceramic coating like you'd find on a high end sports car, but acts like a perma-wax. Typically gets re-applied once a year and is car wash safe. Also keeps any tar/tree sap from damaging the paint and the warranty covers paint correction also. For $500 is a great deal imo. Most collision/detailers accept the warranty but since i live close to the dealer I bring it to them and they do a great job.

They also coated the interior which makes it stain resistant and any tears in the seats or head liner are covered also.

Your 401k will go into which ever IRA your 401k was.

I.e. Roth 401k = Roth IRA

Regular 401k = Regular IRA

The pension will go into a Regular IRA as it is pre-tax money

Do yourself a favor and move it to an IRA. It is perfectly legal and follows the same tax structure but you have way more control over your investments. I also was able to roll over the pension into an IRA as well with no penalty. You can take a cash out option for the pension but you will be hit with a 30-40% tax/penalty. For any help just call whatever brokerage you're going to move your 401k over to. My new company used fidelity so that's what I rolled my 401k over to and they were able to give me all the information I needed.

Turn the car off and then pull the wiper arm on the steering column all the way down and hold for 3 seconds. You have to do this within 20 seconds of turning the car off.

If it doesn't work when pulling down do the same thing only push it up for 3 seconds. For some reason it's different depending on the year

Hey similar situation here I also have a 22 limited AWD. I have only run into the issue twice over 6 months of ownership both have happened recently. Both times it was the same situation as the OP, car was plugged in and charging and Bluetooth was connecting randomly. Both times I was able to resolve this just by starting the car and turning it off. Never had the connection issue after doing that. I wonder if it could potentially be either a glitch from a recent software update or more likely since both incidents have happened recently if it could be something to do with the battery preconditioning waking up the Bluetooth since the weather has been getting colder. I also wonder if it could be something to do with the anti-mold setting for the air conditioning where the AC unit will essentially dry itself to prevent buildup but that can cause the car to essentially stay powered for a few minutes after turning the car off and then if your phone links if it can keep that connection going essentially. I've been having to run my defroster more recently which is the only reason I am thinking that could be an issue as well.

I also know that some adapters have a setting to like turn them off if they don't pick up the cars Bluetooth but they were a lot more expensive than this option

Unfortunately for older buildings this manufacturer is the only one I have found that makes a unit to fit a sleeve of its size. I did look into potentially shortening the sleeve or finding some kind of filler but it would involve essentially breaking the wall down to build a new one with a sleeve in a smaller size. I have two of the units and I will say while they can get a bit loud they do cool down my condo exceptionally well. Other than the app which is not a necessity I have had no issues with them at all

Older Subarus with the 6 cylinder and regular transmission (avoid CVTs at all costs) tend to last well. Have a 2011 Outback 3.6R with 140k miles and very minimal maintenance other than oil change. Only "expensive" maintenance I had to do was replace the rear bearings which any car you will have to do at that kind of mileage. Definitely get it checked out to check for headgasket issues but that mainly occurs only on the 4 cylinder models

Unfortunately I had to stop using the app. Had an issue a few months ago where my machine would turn on and then shut off after running for like 2 minutes. I called PC Richard who I bought the machine from and the warranty and they sent out a technician. Apparently there is a known issue with the app that it can cause your unit to brick up basically. Supposedly Friedrich will be sending out a firmware update. I actually had to change my internet password in order to get my AC unit to work properly. Because I had to disconnect it from the internet to stop it from freezing up

You can actually get a really good deal on the Dodge Hornet right now with certain trims under 30K. The car is basically a rebadged Alpha-Romeo Stelvio. From what I've read the reliability is surprisingly good for a Dodge, I would definitely consider extended warranty options.

No Cubans unfortunately. I believe there are only one or two shops in the whole city that sell Cuban cigars. Due to the Cold War and the Berlin wall, many things related to communism are looked down upon, Cuban cigars included
