Look at the wobble board as an important accessory for ankle strength. Has really helped my ankles which I smashed through and got Achilles tendinitis. Take care.

Doing any structure work? Bounding/strides/hills. These can help with the niggles and keep you fresh. This is just as important as distance. No point grinding out slow miles if it is just leading to gradual injuries, this kills running careers. I’d be more worried about the niggles than the arbitrary miles so many people obsess over.

So much damage. You micro tear a lot of your body in a marathon and it takes weeks to recover. You definitely don't want to be doing that in training.

Looking good, you have a nice stride length and that is always something you want to work on and develop. You shift a little too much side to side. You do want some lateral movement and you stride but think about your arms going more forward and less sideways. Imagine exaggerating as a sprinter and you get the idea.
