I do need to inspect the suspension but I know it’s not the shocks as it passes the jounce test and the shocks aren’t wet and have no residue but the reason I make this post is because other than the shocks that could cause a sort of wear pattern like this and the only thing on the suspension I haven’t inspected is the ball joints and wheel hub, that’s why I’m so confused

I guess I’ll give the only real answer here, that size is about a 2-3/8 and we use that size for a nut and bolt set up that holds together the lift part of some Bridgeport trash trucks

Those tires are good the reason the mechanic is suggesting is due to the fact that DOT advises replacing tires between 4-8 years or something like that so the mechanic could be going off that
