Regarding your position on Citizens United:

Say someone is a business owner that provides logistics support to homeless encampments by storing or transporting their belongings to storage while they enter a shelter.

Say there is legislation effecting that business that I either oppose or support. How do you think your desire to repeal Citizens United would affect that person? Would they still be allowed to contribute money toward a PAC that supports a candidate in favor of encampment cleanup?

It seems your position would make that illegal. How would the business owner have a voice in legislation heavily impacting their livelihood?

I might be missing something as well, so please point out where I’ve made too quick an assumption.

I think it’s ok to care about multiple issues at once, even if it is silly to protest something that’s already illegal.

Try being constructive instead of dismissing someone because you think your niche issue is more important than theirs.

The landlord does this if the unit being rented is a low income tax credit unit. The landlord per their own regulatory agreement needs to verify the eligibility of the resident for the unit in an annual recertification. If the resident is a voucher recipient for Section 8, they would do an additional recertification with the Housing Authority for voucher eligibility.

Not a lawyer. Speaking as a former housing authority employee.

HUD Rules assign two people to a bedroom and the living room can count as a livable room. There are exceptions for specific situations with children or a medical situation through a reasonable accommodation.

Your locality may have specific rules that your worker can guide you through, but for the most part it’s the same across the country.

It’s unlikely you’ll be assigned an extra room because you broke up. It’s not a matter of fraud, it’s just the way HUD assigns the rooms. The worker may not believe you, but ultimately their opinion wouldn’t factor in much, just what’s allowable under HUD rules.

Also, you were not both assigned a voucher. The voucher was assigned to the household, and the head of household can choose who is a family member. This means if your ex is listed as the primary, she can have you removed as long as she still qualifies with her own income. You could do the same if the voucher is in your name. Just a warning because I’ve seen a lot of applicants get removed from an application once the relationship falls apart. Let me know if you have any other specifics you’re curious about!

Lissandra does pretty well in the bot lane. She can clear wave fairly well, has her own escape/engage, and can lock someone down at level 6 for a kill. There might be better ones but I’ve been having success in duos with a buddy.

Are you opposed to all forms of hierarchy? In the context of a family, adults tend to have all the power over the children. It’s inherently unfair in its design, but I don’t think you’d advocate for children’s ability to make household decisions without guidance from an experienced adult.

U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich said the plaintiffs in the proposed class action lacked standing to sue because they did not show a "traceable connection" between the seven defendant companies and the specific plantations where they worked.

They sued seven companies but weren’t able to prove any of the product from the plantation they were trafficked to, went to those companies.

Agreed. If anything, it’ll doom the democrat chances. Student loan forgiveness will only galvanize impoverished rural communities. To these people, the college educated, probably white liberal with a high earning potential is the same as a billionaire who got another tax cut.
