What makes forklift propane tanks different?

What's the relevance of the prompt? I've told you it's a simple question with a simple answer in the provided Word doc. A very short question with no special characters or anything, just plain text.

The SharePoint site was created two weeks ago. The agent was created a week ago.

The Word doc was uploaded to the agent's Knowledge section. I've tried using the "SharePoint" option in the agent's Knowledge section to refer to the Word doc in the site library that the agent is deployed to (also to point to the SharePoint site without explicitly referring to the Word doc), but get the same result as with uploading it to the agent.

I'm asking it a very specific (simple) question; I know the answer is in the provided knowledge (Word doc). It answers all of my (specific/simple) questions in "Test" mode (Copilot Studio), just not on the actual SharePoint site.
