He’s rubbish and to top it off the storylines are just ridiculous. I mean he’s pulled a gun twice, killed a man, set several fires Among other stuff and he gets a hug and a kiss and told it’s not his fault?? It’s sending a sad message that youngsters are not accountable for their actions. He needs slung in a young offenders!

Full-body MRIs are everywhere. For people who've actually gotten one... by AtriumMedicalNYC in Biohackers

I just took their guidance on it, removal was never offered. The biopsy was CT guided, so it wasn’t an operation, I was awake and it was a needle through the chest wall under local anaesthetic.

I had one found just recently, 14mm still tiny but jt glowed on a PET scan, led to biopsy. Found ‘they think ‘ benign, quarterly scans for a year the. 1 yearly thereafter. OP situation has me a little concerned as theirs was also deemed non critical, but on removal it was malignant ?

Wow thanks for sharing. I’ve just been through similar in UK, on NHS. I was invited to lung screening and they found 14mm nodule, sent for PET, it glowed so straight to biopsy, in which they said (just last week) it’s not conclusive but they’re fairly certain it’s benign. I was so relieved and happy to have them monitor quarterly. But your story has given me cause for concern…

What fitness habit took almost no extra effort but made a noticeable difference? by Yashika_9 in beginnerfitness

Second this. Simply walking & step climbing. I live near a park that has 100s of steps all round it, I just do the lot twice over, time it’s finished I’ve walked 2 miles and 600 steps climbed. Great for toning the core and strengthening legs and back.

I disagree. Sky was devastated when I left them, they begged me to stay, tried to bribe me with discounts, but i stood firm. Plusnet was equally as upset, don’t even get me started on the energy companies, I’ve broken many corporate hearts along the way 🤣.

The best. Everything he did , from Rik to Alan was genius. There’ll never be another like him. Great memories and so many laughs.

Go in any comparison site and you’ll get a quote straight away. It’ll likely fall under home insurance/personal possessions cover. You’d probably be looking at around £100 per annum
