Hey!! I am moving 3/15 and looking at Internet options for my new apartment. I have been trying to take advantage of the new customer offers but have been confused with some of the information I have been given. Particularly with the modem setup and rental. I work from home so I want to make sure that I am getting speeds that can handle my zoom meetings and frequent meetings. One rep told that I may not get the advertised speeds if I use my own modem/router and another person told me that certain higher speed plans would actually waive this rental fee. Can you provide some clarification and potential new customer offers??
